Halloween Party!

That’s right, it’ll be a singing, dancing, candy-eating, costumed-up extravaganza! Everyone is welcome!
Here’s the plan:
Saturday, 31at October 2009
5:30pm - Assemble at Town Hall Square
6:00pm - Move from Town Hall to 201 Castlereagh Street
9:00pm - Finish partying, disperse.
Pretty simple, eh?
What should I bring?
Yourself, including a mask, and if you really want, a costume. Guy Fawkes masks will be available to buy on the spot; reserve one here if you want to make sure you get one.
Candy, cake, any other eatables you want to share with other party-goers, and some water to keep yourself hydrated. An umbrella, if it looks like it might rain (we’ll be partying regardless of weather!)
Don’t bring: alcohol. At least, don’t drink during the street party, since it’s also a protest and we don’t want any trouble with the police.
Wait, what? A protest?
That’s right. In case you’re new here, here’s the rundown: we’re Anonymous, people who have been protesting against the Church of Scientology since January 2008. We inform the public of the abuses perpetrated by the Church of Scientology towards staff, Scientologists and the general public, including: breaking up families as coercion, harrassment and framing of critics, denying Scientologists medical care, attacks against freedom of speech, promoting expensive quackery instead of real, proven treatments for drug abuse, child abuse, in particular using children as staff members for gruelling, disgusting menial work, cruel re-education camps (RPF) and other crimes too numerous to list here. Hit up the links at the bottom of the page for more information, and join our planning forums if you’re interested in protesting with us.
